2.1. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, which will occur once your payment is processed and the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable and postage and packaging.
3.2. Payment is required at the time of placing the order. Accepted payment methods are outlined at checkout.

4. Delivery

4.1. We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be processed.
4.2. We aim to dispatch items promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK and external factors.
4.3. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify us via email at info@paulnichollsracing.com within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned to the following address:

Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will issue a replacement or refund (including return postage costs).

5.2. Unwanted Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
