Paul is supported by a highly skilled senior team including his Head Lads’ Clifford Baker who has been a key member of the Ditcheat team for more than three decades and David Rochester who joined the yard in 2011. They are joined by our Assistant Trainer George Edgedale who became part of the team in 2025. Together they play an integral role in the day-to-day management of the yard.
Many members of the team have been at Ditcheat for years, contributing invaluable experience and continuity across the yard. From dedicated stable staff, work riders and our talented team of jockeys to an efficient office management team, everyone plays a vital role in the stable’s success.
